Then we head straight up to Dalt Vila for what is — hands down — one of the most family friendly annual island events: the Eivissa Medieval Fair. Yes, it’s that time again, when Ibiza’s old town transforms into a magical swirl of knights, dragons 🐉, jesters, and falcons. And trust me, this is not just some touristy sideshow with a plastic sword or two.
