Then we head straight up to Dalt Vila for what is â hands down â one of the most family friendly annual island events: the Eivissa Medieval Fair. Yes, itâs that time again, when Ibizaâs old town transforms into a magical swirl of knights, dragons đ, jesters, and falcons. And trust me, this is not just some touristy sideshow with a plastic sword or two. Itâs not just about the foodâitâs the giggles, the experiments, and the shared triumphs when something comes out of the oven just right. Unlike many northern European countries, children are welcome almost everywhere in Ibiza, from simple cafĂ©s to elegant restaurants. This is what I love about Ibiza: you can take your kids anywhere! For this reason, Iâm not focusing on the typical Spanish restaurants in this list, as they usually serve similar food and always have room for the little ones. In most places, kids can order half portions of menu dishes. Waiters greet them with a smile, often handing out paper, pencils, and even toys.
As Ibiza mom, I know how important it is to keep kids engaged with outdoor activities. And even better if that activity is fun for us too! Nobody needs a bored non-creative "tablet child", when there is so much outdoor-fun around.
